To establish a community of empowered women through programming that promotes intergenerational connections, educational advancement, professional development, and personal growth. The Always a Lady Leadership Team works diligently to support the following:
Increase the number of African American women in the triad area that have participated in personal and professional development.
Establish scholarships that will support women who have not completed their advance degree. These opportunities will encourage women to finish what they started.
Establish quarterly programs that will provide a creative and accountable space for participants to maintain frequent personal and professional development.
Expand the Always a Lady merchandise to promote the organizations values while supporting scholarship funding.
